Above a million verifications a month, pricing and terms are agreed rather than listed. Enterprise covers dedicated rate limits, a named technical contact, a negotiated SLA and a data processing agreement already on file.

Do the 100 signup credits expire?
They are a one-time grant, not a monthly refill. They remain until you use them.
Why is pay-as-you-go more expensive?
Monthly plans discount for commitment. Pay as you go is there for the occasional one-off list, priced accordingly.
When do I get an API key?
After a paid monthly plan or a PAYG purchase. Free accounts verify in the dashboard only.
Are unused monthly credits rolled over?
Monthly allotments reset with the billing period. PAYG credits stay until consumed.
VAT?
BounceIntel is an EU company. EU VAT is applied where Stripe Tax requires it at checkout.
Can I start without a card?
Yes. Signup is free. You only see Stripe when you buy volume.
