Findymail sits with the lead sourcing tools: give it a company or a name, or feed it an export from a sales navigator, and it returns contacts it believes are reachable. Verification is part of how it keeps that promise.
That is a strong product for its job. It is also a different job from taking an existing list of 80,000 addresses and telling you exactly what the receiving servers say about each one.
Turning a company or a profile into a working address, at speed, for outbound teams who would otherwise be guessing at name patterns. If that is your bottleneck, no verification tool fixes it.
The exports are also built for people who live in a sales workflow rather than a spreadsheet, which is worth something if the alternative is manual cleanup.
A finder asks: what is the likely address for this person? The answer is a construction, supported by evidence, with a confidence attached.
A verifier asks: what does the receiving server say about this specific address, right now? The answer is a finding, and it comes with the reason the server gave. Those are not the same claim, and a confident guess is not a verification even when the confidence is high.
We start where the finder stops. The address goes through syntax, DNS, MX and a mailbox-level check, and comes back with a verdict, a score from 0 to 100, reason codes and a recommended action.
